About us

Greg is a Maryville, TN native with over 25 years of Real Estate experience. He has been involved in the commercial and residential real estate sectors successfully developing numerous residential and multi-family projects throughout the Southeast. He is a graduate of the University Tennessee at Knoxville with a double major in Real Estate Finance and Psychology, and in 2001, earned his Tennessee Real Estate Brokers license. He has been active in multiple markets spanning East Tennessee, Georgia, North and South Carolina, and Florida.

In his spare time, he is the proud father to Emma. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for SEEED, a green community development non-profit focusing on creating and sustaining jobs for Knoxville’s urban young people. 

Justin's professional background consists of 14 years of sales & marketing experience in a variety of industries involving both housing and retail sales. He has been responsible for the management of teams and projects in multiple sized business from one of the nation's largest home builders to a nationally recognized start up. He is now a full time Real Estate Professional and Owner of Kidd Real Estate, Inc. He is an annual top 5 performer and multi-million-dollar producer in his brokerage. He is a Maryville native and graduated from both Maryville High School and Maryville College where he played baseball. 

When not selling Real Estate, Justin is the coach for the Eagleton Middle School Baseball Team, located in Maryville, TN.
